We explain the type of test and the cost, and how to make the overseas transfer to the clinic’s account.
Send the payment receipt and the signed consent forms by email. A photograph or screenshot is fine.
We send the English checklist and two consent forms required for clinic registration, and help you complete them.
We pass the receipt and checklist to the clinic in Athens to register you as a patient.
Three or four questionnaires are emailed while the sampling kit is sent to your home by Korea Post parcel. We give you the tracking number.
You collect the samples at home following the instructions and send them to the clinic. We arrange the FedEx pickup and the shipping invoice on your behalf.
We pass on the report as soon as it arrives from the clinic, and the personalised diet plan when it follows.
We gather your questions, put them to the clinic, and bring the physicians’ answers back to you.
Duration
The three parts do not arrive together. Below are the standard timings given by the clinic.
Counted from the day after the kit reaches the clinic, excluding weekends. Timings can shift with shipping and clinic scheduling.
New / Repeat
The order is the same. For a repeat test some steps are skipped because you are already registered.
